Newly Minted Attorney Amar Agrawal Joins Scott H. Marcus & Associates

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, N.J., May 19, 2010 – Scott H. Marcus & Associates, a South Jersey law firm specializing in bankruptcy law, debt collection and mortgage modification, announces that Amar Agrawal has joined the firm as an attorney upon passing the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar examinations.

A 2010 graduate of Rutgers School of Law in Camden, N.J., Mr. Agrawal has worked for Scott H. Marcus & Associates as a law clerk since May, 2009. In his new role, he will be involved with all aspects of bankruptcy law on behalf of the firm’s clients.

Prior to joining Scott H. Marcus & Associates, Mr. Agrawal was a senior paralegal and an administrative supervisor at a personal injury firm in Philadelphia for five years, dealing primarily with toxic torts. In addition to his degree from Rutgers School of Law, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Administration of Justice and Economics from Rutgers University in New Brunswick in 2004.

Mr. Agrawal owes his fluency in Hindi and Gujarati to the 10 years he spent in India. He presently resides in Sicklerville, N.J.
