The Gloucester County Chapter Of American Red Cross Appoints South Jersey Attorney Scott H. Marcus To The Board Of Directors

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, N.J., November 11, 2010 – Scott H. Marcus, president of Scott H. The Gloucester County Chapter of the American Red Cross is one of the oldest chapters in New Jersey, dating back to 1917. Dedicated to saving lives, last year the Gloucester County Chapter collected more than 13,000 units of blood. The organization also provides emergency services to the victims of disasters, community health and safety services including training and education such as first aid and CPR courses, professional rescuer courses and water safety. Additionally the Gloucester County Chapter of the American Red Cross provides armed forces emergency communication, a free service to military personnel and their families that verifies occurrences of emergencies and urgent situations in the areas military personnel is stationed.
